The Great Kenyan Poll-Swallowing Competition

Tuesday, October 21st, 2008

I just found myself watching a couple minutes of Anderson Cooper on CNN —and he’s simply appalling. Are he and his fellow Obama fluffers even capable of shame at this point? To routinely do everything one can to minimize Obama’s liabilities while simultaneously questioning anything to do with Sarah Palin or her boss is simply advocacy. Do you understand what that word means, hippies? It means that Cooper and Campbell Brown and the meretricious David Gergen and all the other wretched whores on Ted Turner’s old TV station are paid spokespeople for the Obama campaign. They speak out on his behalf while trying to tear down the Republicans. What’s the great scandal tonight? Palin’s and her daughters’ travel expenses? Their wardrobe and make-up budgets? Jesus Christ! Where’s a story about Obama’s support for infanticide? How about a story on his corrupt land deal with Rezko? What does Obama think of Biden’s warnings that we will be deliberately tested by our enemies because of Obama’s inexperience? How many different ways does the Unqualified Liar have of lying about his alliance with and sympathy for the notorious founder of ther Weather Underground, Bill Ayers? He’s lying about that —but nobody cares because the people who occupy the cable news-space are his fucking followers!

If John McCain wins this thing, the era of Big Media is done. That’s a definite KIA. Big Media may be done even if Obama wins because only then will the American public begin to see how many different lies these sorry bastards told us for the sake of their ideological messiah.

No more of your dishonorable nonsense, CNN. You’re done in my household.

Biden Unburdened

Monday, October 20th, 2008

I mean, like, holy shit, Joe (emphases mine):

“Mark my words,” the Democratic vice presidential nominee warned at the second of his two Seattle fundraisers Sunday [19 October 2008]. “It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We’re about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don’t remember anything else I said. Watch, we’re gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy.”

“I can give you at least four or five scenarios from where it might originate,” Biden said to Emerald City supporters, mentioning the Middle East and Russia as possibilities. “And he’s gonna need help. And the kind of help he’s gonna need is, he’s gonna need you - not financially to help him - we’re gonna need you to use your influence, your influence within the community, to stand with him. Because it’s not gonna be apparent initially, it’s not gonna be apparent that we’re right.”

Ha, ha! What?! Is this why Biden’s no longer available for “availabilities”? Because his foot is in a constant struggle to get into and out of his big mouth? What on Earth is this man trying to suggest? That Obama’s inexperience itself will invite intrigue against us? And that, no matter what his responses are, the nauseating liberal morans will be expected to keep their regrets to themselves?

“Gird your loins,” Biden told the crowd. “We’re gonna win with your help, God willing, we’re gonna win, but this is not gonna be an easy ride. This president, the next president, is gonna be left with the most significant task. It’s like cleaning the Augean stables, man. This is more than just, this is more than – think about it, literally, think about it – this is more than just a capital crisis, this is more than just markets. This is a systemic problem we have with this economy.

Watch your wallets, my friends. Clean and Jerk are about to steal your sorry, bourgeois asses blind. No? What “systemic problems” is Biden referring to, do you suppose? Insufficient taxation of the dirty business-owning class? That pesky antipathy working people have against giving their money to chain-smoking daytime TV-watchers who are working on baby number whatever?

You think wealth is the only thing that’s getting spread around here? The Great Society was so great that you just knew it had to have a sequel, so drop some trou and think of [England].

The Letting Go

Monday, October 20th, 2008

Many of us who are opposed to Barack Obama —because of the enormous lies he tells about himself, as well as the extreme Leftism hidden in his story— are too slow to surrender to reality. We cannot yet accept that the America we live in is ready to hand the keys over to a narcissistic socialist in the White House and the most liberal Congress in 35 years. The disconnect may be attributed to a quaint adherence to the old standards of patriotism and, indeed, politics. When else, after all, have we made a cultural interloper of this degree our President? I don’t refer to his racial identity —although that’s certainly there— but to his foreignness. He doesn’t have a claim on this culture that I would recognize as American. Instead, he is a harbinger of the Post-American Man —the Citizen of the World who, on nothing but the power of celebrity and diabolism, went before the German throngs and debased what we are. Yes: debased. He reduced what this Republic is to a mistake that needs to be apologized for. So I do not trust his motives and I do not like his supporters, who strike me as woefully ignorant and emotional little feelers. They do not have any reason to support this man but for their emotional reaction to him. They are taking him on faith. What else do they have, though? Some evidence of his worth such as, you know, an achievement? Ask a hundred of his followers and not two of them together could tell you a single fucking thing he’s achieved that would warrant his elevation to the Presidency.

Anyway, we supporters of McCain and Palin are on our own little fools’ errands in trying to persuade the public of the dangers of this New Socialism. I have —and will have, be sure— no regrets for my own part in criticizing Obama, but it’s still poignant to read the people I depend on for my information trying so hard to break a story or pursue a new line of investigation in these last, though interminable, weeks. They want so much for what they write to matter, but it does not. What Obama draws on now is not the rational considerations of informed voters, but the raucous and fanatic emotionalism of the new idolatry —an anti-Bush and anti-Right movement determined to replace what it despises. You will not reach into those little rodental heads and convince them of anything: The One must be made the Change We Need.

What Obama is —as a man and as a patriot— is somehow irrelevant now. The icon got ahead of his reality. These are the days for dreaming. Not American Dreaming, of course; that would be too provincial. These are the days, rather, for illusions and fantasies and all the thoughts of absolution we will enjoy once we do to ourselves what must be done. Now the abnegating! Now the denigrating!

The knowing comes later. The realization must come, but last.

Socialist

Friday, October 17th, 2008

If John McCain would simply describe Barack Obama as a socialist, wouldn’t that almost compel a public discussion of what that word means? I don’t think some people know what’s involved. “Spreading the wealth around” may sound like a great idea to a teenager who’s working for minimum-wage, but to the 40 year-old businessperson who hired this kid to stock the shelves, it’s worrisome to consider that taxes and employee-related costs are going up. As they say, poor people never gave anybody a job —unless you count jobs created by the social necessity of cleaning up after these same people’s mistakes. At that sort of job creation, the social, intellectual, and economic underclasses excel.

The Obamatons are becoming ever more explicit in their grand schemes for the post-Republican, post-American paradise of Obama’s socialist state. They are beginning to bully and cheat in broad daylight. They are, like the terrorists they sympathize and associate with, becoming emboldened. And to what end? To disincentivize work? To undermine the bases of competition and self-worth? To suppress political dissent for the sake of the “common good”? Well, there’s one for you and nineteen for me. Think that’s fanciful? Did you ever think you would see the economic events of the past six weeks? Neither did I.

Hello, Mahoney

Thursday, October 16th, 2008

Say, kids! Remember in the last week or so before the Election of 2006 when the greatest goddamned scandal in the history of Western Civilization broke open? No? You don’t remember the gay Congressman Mark Foley texting and flirting with some 16 and 17 year-old male House pages he knew? How could you have forgotten those epochal moments in the History of Man? Surely it’s not because Big Media didn’t emphasize it to you because, basically, that’s all they fucking did.

And why did the so-called Fourth Estate decide to make Mark Foley into History’s Greatest Monster? Because they are in the employ of the Democratic Party. Don’t even fucking think to argue the point because you are pre-wrong. Got it? Big Media shapes public opinion for its own meretricious, hourly-rated ends —and it is the patriotic duty of real Americans everywhere to constantly remind themselves that the networks who air the evening news are nothing but the propaganda organs of the Democratic Party.

Oh, and so the guy who defeated History’s Greatest Monster in the election two years ago? He’s a Democrat who cheated on his wife with multiple partners and did a lot of other shady and unethical shit to keep that fact hidden. This man —Tim Mahoney— has possibly broken the law in this regard and has certainly violated the public trust. The same public —the very same constituency— thats trust Foley violated. Yet are we subjected to a wall-to-wall examination of this lurid scandal? Of course not: the man is a Democrat and, thus, exempt from the outrageous Big Media treatment that drove the man he replaced from office for being nothing more than a perv.

If there is any justice in the world, the American public may yet have the time to fully appreciate what wretched whores the Big Media are for the Democratic Party.

UPDATE: In looking through my old posts, I am astonished to find that the Greatest Scandal in All of Human History was actually a staple of the “news” for at least a month before the Election of 2006. Good God! The man never even got lucky! What the fuck were the networks even talking about? It’s all disgusting nonsense.

Joe the Plumber

Wednesday, October 15th, 2008

Not as compelling as Rosie the Riveter, but he’s a useful symbol of the need we have of avoiding the New Socialist state.

Remember —whether you know it or not, my friends— you do know millionaires. They don’t advertise themselves as such, but you know some. They own small businesses you patronize and they employ your friends and family. They keep choice alive in our free market system and they make us competitive, both locally and globally. Why drive them into the margins by insisting on raising their tax rates and imposing health coverage laws on them? Because you’re a liberal asshole who knows better how to spend a man’s money than he does? Get lost.

Inexpiation

Saturday, October 11th, 2008

As before, when Obama very self-consciously denounced Jeremiah Wright and so was allowed to walk away from that particular history and alliance unscathed by public opinion, it is happening again with the renewed efforts at hanging Bill Ayers around the Unqualified Liar’s neck. Barack Obama is not being made to answer for anything. It is not expected that he would stand and deliver a justification for his life of ideological anti-Americanism. Why is that? Why are there so many millions of my fellow-citizens who do not value knowing the most basic things about a man whom they have ordained to be the President of the United States?

The desire for “change” is apparently so great in this country that the majority of us are determined to ignore things about Obama’s life that would have destroyed any other candidate. There’s no way to deny that, if John McCain were found to be a long-time associate of an abortion clinic bomber, he would be ruined. Yet Obama’s extensive ties to Bill Ayers are deemed irrelevant. It is an outrageous frustration of the simple principle of a common standard.

When Obama made his egomaniacal tour across Europe, it was common to hear and read news analysts confuse appearance with reality, everywhere claiming that the few hours Obama spent in this country or that were all that was needed to make him “Presidential.” Not make him appear to be Presidential but, in fact, to be Presidential.

Similarly, by having done nothing more than to assert his rejection of hateful garbagemen like Wright and Ayers, Obama has somehow expiated the sin of those associations; as though there were some incantatory power in the tenor of his voice that makes things so simply by being invoked. I see this as evidence of a diabolism that exists where novelty presumes to reset the proper order of things; the more conservative paradigm that made the pursuit of middle-classness a worthy goal in America now stands to be swapped with a totalitarian idealism and serf mentality. Americans are not naturally communistic, but the stock falls or morphs, so who knows what we are, anymore? Do we really no longer believe in our individualism inside of the great plurality? I can’t stand to think it.

I don’t want the New Socialism in America. I don’t want some arrogant demagogue and liar saying what’s what, either. I want a well-regulated free market where things like ethics, standards, and citizenship matter. I want us to remain a country —not just some fungible ”idea.”

It Makes Me Sad to Think That Man Could Become Our President

Friday, October 10th, 2008

I’m sure that’s funny to some people I know, but I am utterly in earnest. The extent of the obvious contempt for their country the Democrats have shown by Barack Obama’s nomination is truly shocking to me —and I am ashamed of these people, though some be my friends and family.

Five Percent for Nothing

Friday, October 10th, 2008

It is inconceivable to me that Baby Boomers and retirees and small business owners with an eye to their future could elect Barack Obama when the only thing he really has left is rhetorical —and, I believe, actual— resort to class warfare. What, after all, can he do about the economy over a week like this one? I mean, good God: it’s been a long damn time since financial numbers have looked this weird: regular unleaded is below three bucks a gallon in my neighborhood, while people’s 401K’s have been fucking hobbled. The DJIA is hemorrhaging and the dollar is climbing. People are no longer certain of things they weren’t too certain about in the first place before. So what do older people and wealthier people think is going to happen if they elect a radical Neo-Marxist who has disguised his identity and intent thus far? The only plausible direction is for the Pelosi-Reid Congress to impose higher taxes on those who aren’t among the Great Ninety-Five Percent that Obamachrist is demagoguing to. That’s what they call redistributing the wealth. Which is what’s been going on for the past few weeks, thanks also to Republicans, somehow. The Federal Government is now the Landlord. That makes a whole lot of people vassals of the state. And you think Barack Hussein Obama is going to save your sorry ass? You’re fucking mad. He is a socialist at heart who distrusts the [White Power Structure] and wishes to see it undone. And to what end? The equalization of the American People into their new proletarian selves. Well, God damn it. In the Obamareich, there will be no industry outside of what serves the state and there will be no expression that disserves the state.

The only way that small business —which is the backbone of our economy— is ever going to survive is if it goes with McCain, who obviously understands that we cannot tax our way out of a recession and certainly not out of a depression. Some people —like Obama and other grades of socialist— seem to think we can. But the fact is that the Great Depression, for instance, was not alleviated by Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s New Deal, but by the great industrial awakening in America occasioned by our entry into the Second World War. The Federal Government only saved our grandparents’ economy by turning us into what FDR called the Arsenal of Democracy.

You think that’s going to happen again? Not a chance. There’s only one model Obama has in mind for America: a mammoth welfare state of a scope and scale never before witnessed in human history —and subjugated to the collective whim of Europe and the Chinese Bloc.

I am on the verge of finally experiencing some small fraction of what my Southern ancestors must have felt upon hearing the news of the election of Abraham Lincoln.

Subversives

Wednesday, October 8th, 2008

I think it’s time for the goddamned “press” in this country to put two and two together and start asking some tough questions about the rampant voter fraud being committed by Barack Obama’s friends in ACORN. Do the major broadcast networks and papers not see a problem with what’s going on? There have been hundreds and then thousands of fraudulently registered non-voters found on the rolls in at least a half-dozen battleround states. When is goddamned Katie Couric going to cock her head like the curious dog she is and ask Barry Obamachrist about his extensive and long-term alliance with these fucking frauds? When he was a “community organizer,” he used to train these lying shake-down artists for God’s sake! When is that going to get a fraction of the attention from the kool-aid drinkers at the Assholiated Press that Governor Palin’s HR decisions get? Where are the packs of wolves running down the facts about Obama in Chicago? They’re not there. They’re off in fucking Alaska asking about how many bonfires Palin set at the Wasilla Public Library!

If the sacks of shit who call the tune on the front pages of the morning papers and on the evening news broadcasts ever decide to question why Barack Obama coordinates his campaign’s efforts with hard Left organizations like ACORN, we may yet be able to save our Republic from the creeping anti-Americanism of these Neo-communist liars. So, get to it! Put down your pom-poms and start asking some goddamned questions about this guy.

UPDATE: Go check out this and other amazing posts at Sweetness & Light. Obama’s totally lying about his work with ACORN.
